LEGAL DISCLAIMER

This Site is not an online store, therefore it is not possible to conclude a sale agreement or agreement for the provision of services through the Site (meaning that adverts, price lists and other information on services or products available on the Site are not to be treated as an offer, but as an invitation to conclude an agreement). A sale agreement can be concluded by sending a request to the Owner after agreeing on specific terms of the agreement by both parties - conclusion of such agreement and its specific terms are regulated by separate general terms of sales by the Owner or could be subject of individual arrangements of the parties prior to the conclusion of the agreement.

The Owner is the Controller of personal data processed in the Site. Personal data is processed for the purposes, in the periods and on the basis of rules indicated in the privacy policy published on the Site. The privacy policy contains primarily rules for the processing of personal data by the Controller in the Site, including the basis, purposes and periods of the processing of personal data and the rights of persons to whom the personal data refers, as well as information on the use of cookie files and analytical tools in the Site. Using the Site is voluntary. Similarly, the provision of personal data by the service user is voluntary, subject to the exceptions indicated in the privacy policy (statutory obligations of the Controller).

The Site is available for all Internet users. As a part of the Site, the Owner provides information on its business activity as well as its products and services.

For proper use of the Site, following requirements shall be met:

Any illegal activities resulting in impeding the functioning of the Site are forbidden. Providing illegal contents is forbidden.

You can stop using the Site at any time by closing the Site or the browser.

ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The Site provides access to the following electronic services: blog and contact form. Use of the Site's electronic services is free of charge and available for any service user.

  1. Using the blog is possible after entering the proper tab with articles visible on the Site. Blog is available to all visitors of the Site without the need to provide any data or perform other activities and it allows the service users to read the thematic articles published by the Owner. The service users may also add comments under the Blog entries, which requires provision of the following data: the comment's content, the name (ID) and the e-mail address of the service user and clicking the action field. The comment becomes visible for every visitor of the Site after the Owner's approval. The service user can stop using the Blog at any time and without giving a reason by closing the web browser.

  2. Use of the contact form is possible after completing three following steps by the service user - (1) entering „Contact us" tab, (2) filling up of the contact form and (3) clicking the field „Send". In the contact form, it is necessary to provide at least the content of the message to the Owner as well as e-mail address of the service user. The service user may also attach the required files from the memory of their device. The contact form electronic service is provided free of charge, is single-use in nature and is concluded upon sending a message via the form or upon earlier discontinuation of sending a message by the service user.

All content published by service users or sent via the Site shall be reliable and contain factually correct information. It is forbidden to provide the contents (including photos or files attached) that breach the legal regulations and contain false and misleading information as well as advertising contents or trading information encouraging to use other websites, online stores, products and services. The Owner reserves the right to remove content that violates the above mentioned rules.

COPYRIGHTS

Copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Site as a whole as well as its contents, graphics, works, designs and trademarks available on the Site belong to the Owner or to authorized third parties and are therefore protected by copyrights and other provisions of applicable law. Personal use of the contents of the Site is permitted without restrictions. Use of the contents of the Site for other reasons requires Administrator's or authorized third parties' consent.
